all of them. no state is allowed to have such a law. no state is allowed to make laws that supplant the jurisdiction of the federal govt. The first amendment of the bill of rights makes that a federal statute so no state is allowed to overload (sorry I don't know the non-geek term for this off the top of my head) it in any way.

no, it means i'm licensed to have guns in my home and they are registered all legal like so i can take them to the range. the list they published is probably really old. i don't want a carry permit. imo those are just asking for trouble in nyc. i can see how celebrities need them, but i'm nobody and i don't feel unsafe in the city so i don't want to carry.

That list included premise licenses (PR) in the city (which is what Ronnie has), so guns in homes and private businesses should be listed. You say you are not on it... so what special license do you have, if you are just an average citizen who doesn't "feel unsafe"?

Let's see a picture of your gun(s).. mark them with something so they are uniquely identifiable/attributable to you.

(not busting you balls... I mean, if anyone can just get a gun in the city without proving necessity, fuck it, I'd get one)

its not. that's not the justification even if the weenie author says it is. the justification is that the information is by law a matter of public record, therefore the public is permitted to know it and disseminate it.
