Quivers’ successful 70-pound weight loss on this plan five years ago inspired Sabean, Howard Stern’s program director, to give the juices a shot in 2009. He lost a whopping 80 pounds.

“I kept it off for a good three years, but I have a lot of stress in my life, and put 50 pounds back on,” he says. “I’m on Day 7 now, and I’ve already lost eight pounds. I feel really good. You sleep better and you have more energy.”

Wonder if the schools who provide free labor to the Stern Show realize that's the kind of training their students are getting. They said Tim drinks water by the gallon, sounds similar to the situation that caused a woman to die a few years ago. We can only hope.
