As I posted yesterday, Al Gore sold Current TV to Al Jazeera for $500 million dollars. Several facts we didn't know are this.

1. Al personally pocketed $100 million from the deal. According to the WSJ, Al desperately tired to close the deal before the end of the year to avoid the Obama tax increases. What a guy. I guess he "didn't want to pay his fair share." The hypocrisy is staggering.

2. Al Jazeera is owned by the Emir of Qatar. The Emir of Qatar makes all his money from the sales of Oil and Natural Gas. You know....the stuff that is causing global warming and destroying our Planet?

3. Al said in a statement that "Al-Jazeera's views are compatible with Current TV." I guess that means destroying the Planet with fossil fuels.

Glad big Al Gore Douchebag gets to pocket a $100,000,000 of oil money and then try to avoid playing his fair share of taxes per President Obama. Fucking asshole of an epic scale.
