Okay, this is probably a guy you've never heard of. His name is Brian Auger. In the 70's the music critics at the time said in so many words that he didn't play the keyboards like a white man. And he didn't.
This is him doing a cover of Marvin Gaye's "Inner City Blues", and listening to these lyrics today? Somehow they still fit.
This is a song that works best if you have a really good buzz goin' on, and feel like kicking back. (no matter how depressing the lyrics are.)
