I wasn't bad, but I certainly wasn't good either for the most part
Friday night I had a chicken salad sandwich from 7-11
Saturday for lunch I went to a BBQ place and had grilled chicken and pork loin
Then for dinner I had an extremely healthy meal of spaghetti squash pasta and asparagus
Then Sunday for lunch I had a chicken avocado club sandwich with fries
And for dinner, Ravioli
