I notice many ill-educated white people decrying the character of their pink-skinned brethren during the black slave era. I can only conclude this is due to ignorance on their part. I would hate to think it's part of an agenda involving social engineering, and rather than being stupid they're actually trying to influence public opinion. For example:

a) In 1860, at the height of slavery, less than 2% of the population owned even a single slave, according the the US Census

b) More than a few pale assed motherfuckers gave their lives to free their dark skinned counterparts

Yeah well my ancestors were brought to North America in chains from England in the 1600s. Forced to work in the West Lynn ironworks for the King of England till it was shut down and they were set free. "You people" always seem to think slavery was a crime only committed against Africans.
