I made this joke in another thread but I will say it again: the front few rows of the crowd looked like they just attended a Gallagher show after Lou was done speaking.

In all seriousness, he was very easy to understand and extremely motivating. I have actually heard of numerous accounts of OPPOSING coaches asking him to speak to their team when he was at south Carolina. He is the man.

He is awesome. Every team ND faced was the greatest most dangerous team ever. They could be playing St. Marys school for orphaned blind girls and he would be like " this is the most dangerous team ND has ever faced. They have speed and size. Their Hb will prolly gain 400 yards on us. Their tight end is unstoppable. My goodness I haven't slept on three days because of their secondary" then ND would win 50 to 10 and next week it started all over again.
