Regarding your lawsuit, not counting the Sirius XM merger, how many "performance based" bonuses did you achieve pursuant to your original contract? Am I correct that it was only one? Secondly, if Sirius started giving away FREE radios and Sirius subscribers spiked but nobody receiving said free radios listened to you, would you still be entitled to a performance based bonus? Finally, what percentage of XM listeners subsequent to the Sirius/XM merger decided to listen to your show? Would you care to reveal the numbers? I'll take my answer on the air.
