if you have a mac, get handbrake (free, but is kinda difficult to do batch conversions with; squeezetube costs about $5.00, uses the handbrake engine and is drag and drop) to convert it to an mp4 / m4v. Originally Posted by gwartney

I also use the WD Live HD. Never had a problem with it, in fact i have three for three tv's.

It's mostly issues with getting it to recognize content. Whenever I add something I play hell getting it to update. I just want it to see my shared files and let me pick out what is there. It just isn't that easy. Originally Posted by DrivenByDemons

Hey I have a Handbrake question. I am converting .avi files to .mp4. The original files bitrate is 448 kbps. No matter what I do, when I convert them, they come out at 159 kbps. I've changes all settings multiple times to try to get them up. At one point, I did lossless and the file size raised about 8x larger but the bit rate was still 159. Any suggestions?
