I don't think you're giving Sal enough credit, he will always deserve to be in the upper tier for what he said about Beth before Howig's wedding. Could you imagine anyone else on the staff telling Howard that Beth was a gold digger to his face? I agree that Sal has retreated in his office and doesn't do that stuff much anymore, but as much as I love Artie, he's the only one since Jackie to call Howard out about anything substantial. AND the incident with the panties at Mutt's house, I mean come on.

Also, I think Jason might need to go down a peg because of his attitude recently on Twitter, but outside of those two exceptions, I agree completely.

Sal's gold digger comment was legendary, but on a day-to-day basis I hate how he attention whores the WUS with his I'm-a-dumbass schtick. Actually, he hasn't appeared more than a few times on either the show or the WUS in the last 18 months it feels like.....

Wanted to call Jason awesome to make a controversial point...at least he tries to stir shit up without it being schtick.
