I'm assuming this is a breach of contract suit, in any breach of contract suit you can sue for damages if the court actually finds that the contract was upheld. If you really wanted to be a prick, you could even sue for defamation, saying that this will hurt your ability to hire future on air talent. For example, "Because Mr. Stern perpetuated the notion that SiriusXM does not honor talent contracts, we feel that our ability to maintain equity in the company, which in the case of the arts is in fact talent, has been damaged."
EDIT: The reason I think that SiriusXM would never do this is because they still want Howard working there and being semi-placated, of course. Although, this is the perfect chance for Malone to establish rule with an iron fist...
