For the first time in 20 years I haven't listened to the "show" this week. Yup. I think I am done for good.

Breaks my heart a bit because I have really enjoyed many years worth of entertainment from the HSS. But over the Xmas holidays I realized I WASN'T missing the show every day. I didn't miss it one bit. Frankly I've heard all the repeated Sal & Richard calls a million times already, Howard is totally phoning it in because he is bitter about the lawsuit.. and don't even get me started on the fat fucking annoying mis-informed ISDN-cow of a "newswoman," or that pitiful excuse for a "comedy writer." It has become neither fun nor funny listening to everyone go through the motions just to collect their paycheck.

And by reading about the latest weeks' worth of show here, sounds like nothing has changed. AGT talk.. tired old bits.. old prank calls.. irrelevant un-interesting guests.. yup.. looks like the end of the show for me.. I just don't see how it could get any worse.. and it sure as fuck isn't going to get any better.

Same here, same here. I'm going cold turkey as well. I'll only be listening to small clips from now on and I'll read MarksFriggin when necessary. Wasting 4hrs every day on this shit is over.

i used to have Howard playing at work for his full show. Now I could give a shit. Haven't listened for ages. When info stumble upon h100, I'm either bored or disgusted with what the show has become within 5 minutes and just turn on something else. I listen to o&a most days but I've been a fan of heirs since Boston.
