    No, time is relative. That's one of the main points of the theory of relativity.

    For example, the faster you travel, time slows down for you relative to things not moving as fast. An experiment was done using atomic clocks. They were placed on supersonic jets traveling around the world and compared to clocks left on the ground. When the planes landed, the traveling clocks showed less time had passed for it than had passed for the clock on the ground.     I think he's right, time moves at the same speed regardless of your age, it's your speed that makes a difference.
