There are 22M SiriusXM subs. Roughly a little over half are XM only listeners.

But in The Pelican's universe, every one of those subs only have SiriusXM for The Wig.

we know for a fact it's less than a million, we just don't know how much less.

Yes, and a small percentage of those XM listeners paid for the Sirius package that includes Howard. The numbers have been quoted here before. Way more people chose not to take the Sirius package. Howard wants them credited as his subscribers as well. This is the basis for the lawsuit. Howard wants credit for all SiriusXM subscribers and Sirius only wants t credit Howard for those that actually are able to listen to him.

Seems that the only people buying into Howie's "math" were NBC suits when they hired him for AGT.... and we all saw via the ratings (compared to the previous season) how well that math held up. By Howard's and Jon Hein's math my next hard-on may reach 13" levels
