    Hulk Hogan Refiles $100 Mil Sex Tape Lawsuit

    Hulk Hogan is moving forward with his $100 million lawsuit against Gawker for posting his sex tape online ... TMZ has learned, the wrestling legend has refiled the case.

    Hulk dismissed the lawsuit in federal court without prejudice last month, and refiled it in Florida state court -- where he's also currently suing his sex tape partner Heather Clem ... the ex-wife of radio personality Bubba the Love Sponge. Hulk claims Clem played a role in leaking the footage to the media.

    Hulk's lawyer tells TMZ, Hulk dismissed the federal case in order to consolidate his claims against both Clem and Gawker ... i.e. to bring both cases under the same roof ... which ultimately means less paperwork and attorney's fees.



    Hulk also sued Bubba the Love Sponge for unspecified damages -- accusing him of leaking the footage to the media -- but that lawsuit was settled, and Bubba apologized on the air.

    Not so sure about that. Since there wasn't full permission given to the tape being shown Hulk has a good case.

    Naw. This falls under Fair Use law. Gawker didn't steal the tape, they didn't even show the whole thing and just showed excerpts. Hogan's a public figure and Gawker will just say that public has the right to know. Even a junior attorney will have no trouble getting this lawsuit thrown out. The reason why they refiled it is because they're just milking the attention and don't want to go in front of a judge. It's all bullshit.

    The only reason we all know who Kim Kardashian is is because of a leaked sex tape. Look where her family is now. Noone gives a shit about an old wrestler though so I doubt this will go anywhere.

    I got deaded at SFN for calling Heather a carnival stripper..The whore read my post and had mutt ban me..Am I wrong?
