Isn't that kind of personal? If you must know, I use toilet paper and if I feel that I'm still dirty back there, I shower.

And personally, I don't believe that Ronny actually does this. It's just bullshit for the show.

Me too, it's just another one of the things they use to fill time. They always need to have a story line involving a disgusting bodily function or Howard's not happy. It's the only level of humor he understands.
