This rule does NOT say that someone cannot have their own opinion or cannot start threads that you disagree with. If every single person on this forum was in agreement it would be the most boring forum ever. If you dont like what someone has to say just ignore it, simple.

The rule was created to stop "Flooding" the creating of multiple threads within a few minutes with the sole purpose to create a disruption in the flow of the forum. It also covers harassment just for the sake of harrsment.
