    Stern/Buchwald set up this entire New Years Mexico Trip to prove to the judge that his wife is soley in the marriage for the fortune and fame and not in sickness and in health...cough cough.

    What a better way to prove spouse disloyalty.

    Sometimes I think Howard trots KOAB out to be the "bad cop" whenever he's upset Beth, ie, the "intimate" photo with the Mom Caves guy. I don't see how Beth couldn't have flown back to NY with her husband to spend new year's eve together. She could've worked something out if she really wanted to.
