    I haven't been involved in fisticuffs since I was like 5yo, but I think I could take a head shot better than to the gut. My belly is soft and flabby, and I seriously would worry about internal injuries...

    If I knew it was coming, I'd definitely go gut. You could tighten up your abs and minimize the damage.
