its probably the only way they can get on more local cable offerings, although i think that a lot of cable providers will just start cancelling Current TV's contract ore relocate their channels to the old UHF range.

Hate to say it, Al Jazeera is pretty damn good as far as news. It's very BBC-esque.

Howard : "Robin ( cue crinkling paper sound) I was reading the newspaper last nite and saw that Al Jazeera bought Currrent TV"
Robin : "Oh wow! That is one of my news stories for later"
Howard : "Yeah (pause for horrible timing) I guess one of the top brass at Al Jazeera won the TV by having Siobhan sit on his face for 2 minutes."
Robin & Fred : (cue fake laughter)
Dump Button : (stops typing on work computer in order to turn off THSS. Begin listening to crazy lady next to me berating other co-workers & complaining to the cable company on the phone
