    one saved my neck---she didn't do the cracking thing, she used an activator---I was having the most awful pains, they would come on suddenly. I went to her for 2x a week for about 2 months and then tapered off

    Chiros are BS. My uncle was one for years, and he got out of the business because he concluded that they weren't really helping and his colleagues were immoral crooks. He ended up becoming a CA.

    All that adjusting and popping is like cracking your knuckles. You think it feels better when you do it, but you're just creating more inflammation so you need to do it to get relief.

    Here's something to listen for: When your chiropractor tells you one of your discs is completely inverted, he's lying. That's physically impossible, unless someone opened you up, took it out, flipped it over, and reinserted it. Yet I've still heard a handful of people tell me that's what their chiropractor told them had happened.
