It's about time the staff took a stand. He throws his crappy party with shitty food "that cost a lot of money" and expects a hero's welcome. Nothing any of them could ever get him would be good enough, but I'm sure any gift from Kimmel, Clooney, or the A-listers would be treated like holy grails. If you're not famous, he shits on you. The staff sees this now and didn't bother with gifts. Of course, they will rush to get him birthday gifts since he threw a tantrum.
