....as far as grilled cheese goes...I love Chevre with fresh jalapeno slices and either apricot or blackberry preserves.

For a straight up grilled cheese I like a sharper cheese than Havarti or Meunster....Pro Tip: coat the outer sides of the bread with grated Parmesan to make it extra crispy on the outside.

Cheese makes me constipated and have very dry hard to push out poops. If not for that I would probably live on it exclusively.

Of course that's only when I over do it. Like the night I had about a pound of aged 4 year cheddar with crackers. I almost had to call in sick for work.

Dinkus, I make a Bleu Cheese Mac & Cheese that would knock your freaking sock off.

I make the sauce base with Monterrey Jack(mild, melts well), then I whisk in Bleu Cheese, then I fold in the pasta, then I lightly fold in cut up grilled chicken dipped in my Buffalo sauce(you inspired that actually), then I crumble up more Bleu Cheese on the top and throw that stuff under the broiler.

    It tastes so freaking decadent.

    Thank you, darlin'.

Cheese is best at room temperature, so I wake up, assemble it and leave it out all day for anyone to walk past and graze from. Its a ritual at this point, an offering to the New Year Gods.

he makes shit way more complicated than it needs to be and he doesn't do it beacuse it makes a better product; he does it becasue it kills time in his tv show.
