I started jump roping again yesterday. Bought myself a nice new one for xmas.
It helps coordination, exercises almost every damn muscle in your body, strengthens your back and tones your arms and is highly aerobic.
When I started awhile back, I remember thinking, "I'll just do it for 5 min."
I didn't even make it 2.
I like that it exercises my calves, too. They are always so skinny!

Try swimming, if you can. You're at hotels a lot, right?
Very gentle on the joints and whatnot.
I would do it too, but I can't stand the chlorine and kid piss at the local pool.
