    I agree completely . I know I will never have a six pack body but I put this picture on my fridge when I was 250 pounds to remind myself that it is possible. I have at least twenty pounds to even look like this again but its a goal I always go for.

    Been hitting the gym again. The ankle/foot is feeling better. Up to about 40% The wrist is feeling good. I think the time off was good for it. My right elbow is still fucked though and it's really starting to piss me off.
