wow......really ...no one cares about getting fit for summer?? Some of you people are so afraid of change its really sad.......
I took 2 walks today and worked out with my Wii Fit for an hour.
You know I'm definitely interested!

I had Pei Wei for lunch and I am going to eat about 6 slices of pizza along with a piece of tiramisu.
I'm cutting out alcohol for the first few weeks of this and NO snacking after dinner. Period.
Eating more veggies & going to start the day with healthy breakfast - fruit or other proteins.
Lunch will be salads with chicken or some other meat. No breads.
This is just for now, what helped me last year. I became lazy & that's why I gained the weight back.
My BMI is still in 24 range according to my Wii Fit.![]()
