    The Rose Parade

After growing up with it and going there several times to see it, I haven't been able to see it for ten years.

I was surprised to find it streamed from one of the TV stations:

    KTLA

Hannah Storm, one of ESPN's morning anchors, returned to work Tuesday, three weeks after a serious burn accident, by helping host coverage of the Rose Parade in Pasadena.

Storm was burned when a propane barbecue she was using at her home in Connecticut sent a wall of fire toward her after she tried to relight the burner.

I like to go to the display area they have set up the next day..The floats are amazing. And there's nothing like watching the stealth bomber go over .

I heard from friends that were there that it was awesome when they celebrated the AirForce anniversary. Our family went many times to see the floats at the park when we didn't make it to the parade.

I'll never forget going to the parade on the 31st. and partying in the streets in the late 80's, and the crazy marshmallow fights.
