i'm leading my office pool going into this week but a pretty decent lead. but...i can still lose it. i played it conservative this week with picks and spreads. totally changed my pick strategy, too. i've won the weekly pool once ($100 for the week), but i've been in the overall lead for the past 5 weeks.

Yeah, Thaddeus Lewis. Third year player from Duke. He knows the offense very well - was backup in St. Louis with Shurmur, then was picked up by Browns when Shurmur became head coach. At least there's some intrigue going into the game (but it could easily be over within 3 minutes)

Cleveland won 4 NFL championships before the merger of the two leagues. Greatest RB ever, top five QB ever on same team (Otto Graham and Jim Brown). Browns were a classic org until Modell took them over and fired Paul Brown and caused Jim Brown to retire early. Modell is now dead, and the team finally has an owner that's a football guy and cares about winning. Fortunes are changing loser - have fun with your new offensive coordinator the next couple years. Browns will right the course in the offseason.
