    I make this every year in September, bottle the 1st week of December, and begin drinking after Christmas and enjoy until March. It's definitely a sipping beer and I never have more than 1-2 in any one sitting. Problem is that the grain bill is so big that my mash tun volume limits me to make only 3 gallons at a time (15 lbs. in 3.5 gallons , 1.115 OG). When drinking, you really can't tell that it's such a high alcohol beer, smooth and tasty. Cheers!
