Is this under a state law of some kind or is it federal?

I got really mixed and conflicted thoughts on the matter, but the first thing I remembered was several years ago, during one of these pogroms, the Ft. Worth cops arrested and jailed a drunk guy at a bar with friends...I think he might have attacked the cops fists with his face or something, too... aaaaaaaanyway, turns out the guy and his friends weren't lying when they told the cops he was stone cold sober, and has Cerebral Palsy. LOL. PWNed.
With the relaxed Texas gun laws, I'm hoping to read that citizens who weren't happy with getting their rights violated plugged some lead into a few pigs heads.......
Happy New Year!

This is nothing. A while back, the ABC or whatever they call it here, started going inside bars and arresting customers for public intoxication. They only stopped after they did it at a couple of big hotel bars and some of the big conventions threatened to pull out and go to another city. Can you imagine Mary Kay not coming to Fort Worth?

Oddly enough texans look at their state as one with more freedoms than the other 49? I do agree with no drinking and driving though, and if that is what it takes to stop people then so be it (friend or foe).
Texas cops are a rare breed. This made National news about a week ago. The double unwarranted roadside cavity search...with no glove change inbetween.
