What do you mean? Like the shit where I could call my buddy and ask him to get me some weed when he gets his, and now it's "A Drug Conspiracy"??? That is vile, but I haven't seen it in play a lot. Yet.

Here's a good one: If the podunk po-leese out here catch you with a quarter ounce baggie of weed and a packet of rolling papers, they will often attempt to: include the weight of the baggie as part of the amount of drugs, AND claim the baggie as "paraphernalia", and EACH rolling paper in the pack as a separate count of paraphernalia. If ya got 2 quarter ounces in separate baggies..... you're gonna likely have to prove that you aren't a "drug dealer", and potentially lose your car and/or home, on top of being sentenced as a dealer. It's rare, but it can happen.

On the books there are lots of fucked up ways to charge people. I try to go with what fits in the "spirit of the law" and reserve a royal fucking "by the letter of the law" for special occasions.
