I just called Comcast about the HD On Demand that's been out for a day now and I was on hold for 2 mins when all of a sudden I get a message stating that they had to do a Emergency Evacuation and to call back later

We have a call center in the building I work in....Shit happens like that once in awhile..a fire alarm will go off in the building and it's mandatory to evacuate even if it's a false alarm.

The call center people hate their jobs so much they run out of the building like kids immediately just to get off the phones once they hear that alarm.
