Yes, I know not everyone here's a Jay Thomas fan but for those who are (like I am), he'll be on Letterman tonight telling that story he tells on Letterman's show every year at this time. I don't remember what the story is. Thank you.

Jay had the lone ranger as a guest on his radio show in the early years when he was a struggling young DJ. He was taking the ranger back to the airport when they had a fender bender. Jay and the guy in the other car were arguing when the Lone Ranger stepped out of Jay's car and said, "Just a minute, citizen."
Something real close to that. I've seen it 143 times.
