One of the highest rated single serve machines on Amazon (4 stars). It currently is available at True Value Stores for $11.99 though Dec. 31st. Has a permanent metal filter so you can use your own blend. Being raised in the Bay Area I like Peets (that's where the Starbucks guys were trained/got the idea of good coffee), but they don't have K-cups.

I like basket vs. a K-cup/pod because you can make it stronger or weaker, half-caff blend, etc.
