Will you squirt tears if machine guns are banned in 2013

Inquiring minds want to know. In this household, which is just me, the chick and mother whom we keep in the attic with the lights turned out, not a fck will be given if machine guns designed to spray bullets at blur speed like a firehose are taken from the hands of Joe Murrica

If you can't "defend your homestead" or shoot cats off fences with a 9 round clip then brotha, learn 2 aim or GTFO.

I keep seeing Democrats going on TV and wanting certain massive assault weapons to be banned

Then I hear Republicans crying, with their few teeth left, that all of their guns are being taken away.

I am not sure where this "THEY WANT TO TAKE AWAY OUR GUNS" crying point with Republican is coming from since virtually every Pro-Gun-Control person has absolutely zero problem with the high majority of guns staying completely legal.

We heard all about Obama's plan to "kill the NRA" and other idiotic fantasies before he took over in the White House and up until now, he has.....given gun rights to more areas of the country (public parks).

So again, where exactly does this crying point come from again?

You can buy machine guns, fully automatic weapons, with a $250.00 tax stamp and background check. Doubt that will change. Semi automatic is what is common and available and does not need a tax stamp.

Last time they did the Assault Weapons Ban it was a joke. You could still buy all that shit, it was just more expensive. Manufacturers just changed the configuration of the guns so they complied with the law, same weapons, just missing a pistol grip, or a collapsible stock etc.

300,000,000 guns in this country. All the 30 round rifle mags have flown off the gun store shelves in the past few days. That Asian fuck that killed 30 used handguns.

Honestly I think Pandora got out of the box on this issue a long time ago. Unless you are ready for the cops to make door to door warrantless searches for guns and magazines?

    The Pandora thing is huge.

Unless, like you say, we want to submit to door-to-door checks by the authorities, searching everywhere in our homes, discovering who-knows-what in the process (how many drug arrests would there be in such a situation? If it's ATF, I know guys who would have trouble explaining their distillery equipment), will we get rid of the guns or even just high capacity magazines, etc.

Unless we want to REALLY trample on privacy rights, what is REALLY going to change? And even then, there are lots of folks who have encased, or are at least prepared to encase, any potentially illegal firearms in plastic and then PVC and bury them somewhere.

The gun-control angle is window-dressing but, as Americans have shown before, they will be convinced that all is well because "something just had to be done."

Whether it is effective or not or encroaches on civil-liberties or not.

And thats about as arrogant as it gets -- these wingnuts on both sides of the fence feeling the need to make it about them. All I know is there was a dingy broad in Connecticut now deceased that was given the run of rapidfire hardware and things might have turned out different had she been denied at the point of sale.

All I know is between 3 to 11 rounds ended up in every 6 year old according to the Chief Medical Examiner. That's got a whole lot of fence sitters hot under the collar.

@FuzzNuts: Ps someone mentioned Vicki Soto lookin like ChristinaModel's long lost twin. Damn if that ain't the truth, though CM is white trash through and through.

I won't squirt tears, but I'll be shocked as shit to see the government get their heads out of their asses long enough to pass any measure, regardless of my opinion.

I'm not a gun owner and never will be, therefore I don't give a shit. It won't happen though, and banning machine guns won't stop tragedies like this from happening.

For whatever reason there is an overabundance of young males in their early 20's in today's society that are completely fucked up in the head.

Yup - and most of them are upper-middle class. Go figure - the most privileged of us.

Our liberties are being taken away left and right. We'll wake up someday and won't recognize the place.

Yes, your rights to mass murder weapons.

Hope they take away those rights for everyone

how would that have helped in this situation? the guy blasted open the doors and walked in shooting. an assault weapon ban could have helped, though. still would have happened and still would have been deaths, but not as many. the mom's guns were legal, i doubt she would have been on the black market buying illegal guns if an assault ban were in effect.
