    What are your favorite apps?

    I finally bought a smartphone - Galaxy s3. Now, I need to know what your favorite apps are. I am completely new to this technology and have never had the need to download apps. Now, there are so mnay, I don't know which ones I should download. TIA

    I second the Waze app. If you drive a lot it's the best navigation app out there. It's crowd sourced which means the users edit the maps and report issues such as police, accidents, road closures, etc on the routes you travel. I'm currently ranked in the top 60 on Waze and am an Area Manager. Have any questions about it, just ask.

    when i run or go canoeing i use "sports tracker". It keeps time, pace, maps where youve been.

    Its not an app, but Dawgs Saloon has a mobile version. I highly recommend it.
