Do you think you can be religious and still be (or be a former) fan of THSS?

I just thought I would post this to see what reactions it gets, and I'll be glad to lay my cards on the table. I've been a Stern fan since 97, and I'm still a practising Catholic. Granted, I go to a Church in a fairly liberal parish (the priest listens to N&A and I talk about it with him occasionally) that has gotten into trouble for supporting a lot of issues the Church isn't too keen on. Still, I don't think the two conflict each other, considering Artie is a Catholic after all. Sure he fucks up, but who doesn't? I think Nick still is, but I'm not sure, as well. I might open myself up to a bunch of negative reps here, but I was just curious about what people think and I know the majority are anti-religion in all its forms. I do think it will be hilarious if Howard ends up becoming Catholic when he has his half-Polish, blonde 7 ft tall basketball playing son, as Artie liked to say.

I fall in the category. I am a practicing Catholic and used to love the HSS.

why not? do you think He does not have a sense of humor? if humor was created or inspired, whom do you think did it? if He did that, then He inspired all humor, not just politically correct humor. I suspect He would like when people laugh; I'm pretty sure He likes when people sing and express emotions about and to others; when people are lifted up. I don't think He would mind that you like Howard.

I am a cafeteria catholic. I sometimes feel guilt for straying but I blame it all on Stern. He got me cynical about life. Now Im fucked.
