Howard is a know pot head. Its not long ago some guest called Howard out over his pot use.

And Beth allegedly love coke. I personally believe that both Howard/Beth and Robin allegedly use amphetamine. Amphetamine is the drug that all models uses to loose weight and Howard lost over 10 pounds before AGT.

So how would Beth know if Teddy smoked pot when Howard uses it?
BTW. Its funny how a know drug dealer like Shuli can continue to work. According to Bob Levy Shuli sells pot inside the Sirius building. Howard have to know about it and agrees to it because Shuli is his (alleged) supplier.
