i thought that ending sucked.
they both get to leave that scene and not be seen?
That building doesnt have close circuit television cameras to record their moves?
Brody vaporized, but everyone else can fill a body bag?
More holes than a doily
Well, nobody saw that coming!
one tiny point: Brody would NEVER be that far back at the memorial service. He'd be front and center.
one huge point/question: what the fuck happened with the romantic angles? One minute Jess and Mike are boning in the luxury hideout apartment, giggling like school kids, and the next they're just not together, and Jess and the daughter are hanging out at the house looking completely depressed when Brody calls.
Jess and Mike were pining away for each other for two seasons, with the whole "gosh-golly; we WANT to be together, but now that Brody's back, we should do the right thing" routine, with the stolen longing glances to each other, with Mike being Jess' "emotional friend", etc.
AND on top of that both the kids love Mike, and at least at the start of the episode, the daughter hated her father.
and on top of all this Brody "officially" goes and hands Mike the keys to his family...........................including his wife's vergine..........................and Mike mutters something like "shit!" when Brody walks away!
So.................................wtf?!?
It's so obvious Mike is the mole/traitor/terrorist, and wooed Jess to, among other things, better frame Brody. I think Jess will find that out relatively quickly in season 3.
Also, I don't know how, after Brody's "confession" video aired on television, Jess and especially the kids are going to be able to stay in the country. I don't know how the producers are going to pull that off realistically. Those kids would literally be stoned to death.
