Exercise is really the key. Some years ago I dropped from 220 to 180 (6'4") in 4 months by low-carbing and going to the pool semi-daily. For the last few months I've been low-carbing while sitting at the computer writing and not exercising; the weight is going nowhere.![]()

I find getting a younger lover is the most effective weight loss program.
