I hate to bring back an almost dead thread, but I really wanted to respond to this. You obviously didn't check out any of the links I supplied you with in depth. THIS IS NOT ABOUT PROTECTING PORNOHOLICS; I SUPPORT BUSTING ACTUAL PIRATES. They are guilty of money laundering and extortion, as well as defrauding the courts by falsely filing cases they will not litigate. Think of how much more money your state would have if instead of cheating by paying $350 once to sue 350 people, they had to pay $350 for each WHICH IS WHAT THEY SHOULD LEGALLY BE DOING. They are using YOUR tax dollars to pay for their operation, and primarily try to target immigrants who barely speak English and elderly people who are scared shitless by any kind of subpoena. THE ARIZONA ATTORNEY GENERAL IS ALREADY GOING AFTER THEM AND THE FBI IS INVESTIGATING THEM FOR MONEY LAUNDERING, NEWS FLASH. If more AG's went after them for the money they rightly owe, their operations would basically be bankrupted and based on the sheer number of cases filed, the states they operate in would see a massive cash infusion.

Just a quck update to this as well, I just found out that these cases have a rather bizarre Stern show tie in. One of the main pornographers filing these suits is Sunny Leone, who Stern fans may remember for her fight with Gary:

Also, the primary uploader of a lot of these films appears to be Sunny Leone and her boyfriend themselves, providing the bait for potential victims. Why are they doing this: Artie pegged it four years ago:
