wow, good point. howard and fuckwald are downright machiavellian. i think it was obvious from the start he wanted different co-judges...someone he could intimidate. howard preys and exploits weakness.....sharon is too confident and howard actually believes that everyone else is the cause of AGT's miserable ratings.
there was no buzz. the massive publicity surrounding agt did nothing. no one wants howard stern.

Did you hear the statement Gary made on the WUS? Something like "Now that Sharon's gone, AGT is really Howard's show". It's clear that's what Howard has wanted all along and he can't wait for Howie to leave so he can hog the spotlight even more. Of course, he still won't accept any of the blame when the ratings tank.

Sharon said it would have been cheaper to buy Howard a $25 million mansion than move the show to NY. I am sure she exaggerated a bit, but pretty much confirms that there was a significant cost in moving the show to NY making Howard's $15 million salary plus the expenses of moving the show even more of a disaster for NBC.
