    He didn't KILL anyone. His passenger died as the result of a car crash and I'm sure he feels badly. Even if he had alcohol in his system while driving, he didn't KILL him.

    It may or may not ultimately meet the elements of murder but it's hard to argue that his actions were not the proximate cause of his death.
