    That's a lot of cash for a router. Do you have wireless devices that will utilize it? I just grabbed a different model
    Asus and am pretty happy with it but I loaded tomato firmware which makes a difference.

    I never have but watched a hack 5 video on how to make your own router. They installed SmoothWall to run it

    DD-WRT and tomato are so much better than OEM firmware. Some are even preloaded with DD-WRT out of the box now. It's not hard to load and a quick google will give you all the info you need.
