Seriously. Watch Riker walk. He swishes his hips and swings his hands, as if propelling himself with his arms.

And Frakes' acting sucks. He's always overdoing it, screaming, getting inappropriately angry at other officers while Patrick Stewart (Jean-Luc Picard) is more often than not, even, calm and rational.

TL/DR: Riker sucks.
