    I am switching from ATT wireless to another company....but how do I switch?

    The other company sent me the phones......but how do I jump from A to B?
    No one is telling me what to do......and as each day goes by ...am I getting double billed?

    Call Verizon, start your new plan, take your phone to a Verizon store, have them port everything from your old phone into your new phone, including your number. Once that's done, call AT&T and cancel your previous account, effective immediately.

    AT&T might charge you a crazy early termination fee if your contract wasn't up. If it was, fuck them.
