Howard eats like a girl and works out all the time, and he still complains that he has a gut and his body is looks like shit. A lot of people do not feel it's worth it to do that and still look like shit. Here are the choices:
1) Eat very little food, always stay hungry, you don't get to enjoy good food, spend hours per week working out and have a body that looks somewhat decent -OR-
2) Go out to eat, enjoy your food, don't go hungry, don't waste time working out, and be 20 lbs overweight.
To me, option 2 is obvious.
