I read at one point this AM that there were some reports that the Asian guy was the aggressor. I haven't heard anything since though so I don't know if there was any truth to it.

On HLN earlier tonight they reported that the Asian guy's wife said he was drinking before he went to get the subway. Liquid courage. The whole thing is sad because it just shows how some minor argument can escalate beyond control.
