This is some fucked up shit...a homeless/vagrant dude pushes a guy to his death on the subway, and some fuck nuts takes a pic and sells it to the Post??? There is a special place in hell for this guy.
My only thought would be to help this guy...not take a pic.
I am embarrassed for all NY subway riders who didn't even try to help.

yeah that photo looks like the guy was running too. i know what happens when i try to take a picture with my Nikon while running: they all come out as clear as the one in the paper too.

yes but there is also the NYC Good Samaritan law. if they wanted to, they could make a case because he failed to assist. it would be a stretch except that he did initially claim to have attempted to save the guy by flashing at the engineer.
