GOP counters Obama with..well, nothing...just more "cuts" that aren't stated

Let's see...what is ACTUALLY stated in the plan.....

- Republicans plan to raise $800 billion in new revenue! Alright! Now, how will we do this? Oh....from unspecified tax reform. Wait, what?
- Republicans plan to cut $300 billion in discretionary spending and $900 billion in entitlements! Alright! Now, how will we do this? Wait, I must have missed a page. They don't even remotely discuss this topic after their cuts line.
- More tax revenue! Yeah! Wait, through tax cuts? Haven't we seen this many times before and gotten huge deficits from them? Ok, well, they surely will tell us what they meant.....again, am I missing the page that explains this?

Can any Republicans here send me the missing documents?

i don't know why anybody would trust a democrat to cut anything, after the democrat's 30 years of promising spending cuts down the road in exchange for tax hikes
